• In October 2020, Garmin International Inc. launched an update for the GI 275 electronic flight instrument which has been granted supplemental type certificate (STC) approval by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and is available immediately through select authorized Garmin dealers. The GI 275 can now be used with the GFC 500 autopilot to deliver superior in-flight performance and added redundancy when multiple GI 275 units are installed in an aircraft.
