Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our telesales team.

Visiongain, based in the historic Airport House in Croydon operates an informal friendly environment with high team confidence as being part of a successful business. We have theme days (Fake an Injury Day, Zombie Day etc) and the occasional BBQ when it’s hot and sunny.

As a company we are keen on the growth and development of our people and encourage innovative ideas, particularly with sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate will be able to start in the next 4 weeks, have at least 3 years’ experience and success in a similar environment, must have very good written and verbal communication skills and have some formal sales training and good knowledge of Workbooks CRM or similar. Being comfortable closing new clients is important.

A second language would be an advantage but not essential. A sense of humour is essential.
