The Role
You would be responsible for selling Visiongain’s business reports to industries such as telecoms, pharmaceuticals, energy, packaging, food and drinks among others. This full-time position requires in-depth study and analysis of various commercial topic areas across the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to contribute to the update and production of management reports. The position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their market/economic research, commercial knowledge and report writing skills.

You will become adept at updating and producing reports on new cutting edge topics. Initially, you will receive intense training where you will learn the art of market analysis. Successful candidates will then rapidly progress to a more senior editorial role overseeing the production of reports.

Applicants must be:
• Comfortable with interpreting and producing numerical and written data
• Competent with researching market/economic trends using primary and secondary data collection methods in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
• Organised and able to meet publishing deadlines
• Highly literate and have good writing skills in English
• Analytically inclined
• Solid IT skills
• Able to produce well-presented, readable, organised documents on a regular basis.

Suitable candidates should:
• Have a degree, in a science-related topic
• Have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
• Currently be eligible to work in the UK (as this position is available immediately),
• Preferably be currently living in South London, or within a commutable distance

Remuneration

IT Support Assistant

We need an IT assistant to provide support to our services.

Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to requests for assistance by all internal customers about any IT issues
• Maintain inventory process of hardware and software; including the tracking of warranties of hardware and software.
• Give network and cabling infrastructure support
• Install laptop, desktop and server computer hardware and software
• Give Help Desk support for any IT system.
• Contact specialists, technical personnel, or vendors to solve problems.  
• Develop general hardware maintenance
• Monitor all IT resources the company requires to keep the business running (Servers, PC’s, Telephone System, Network, etc).

Requirements:
• Good technical understanding of Microsoft platforms and applications
• Ability to multi-task and work under dynamic conditions and constraints with minimal supervision.

Pharmaceutical Industry sector intern

Visiongain are looking for an intern to join our team of pharmaceutical industry analysts. The intern will help in terms of doing competitor analysis, data research and providing support to the off-the-shelf as well as the bespoke report writers.

We are looking for someone who can do 2/3 days per week; 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

We will pay for reasonable travel and lunch expenses.

We expect the internship to last a maximum of 3 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a scientific background to learn, or gain expertise in the commercial area of the pharmaceutical industry.
